A Final Journey Home
Some places become part of who we are. For Russell, that place was Lough Corrib.
On 11 July 2026, those who loved him well gather aboard Corrib Cruises to make one final journey across the lake he returned to year after year. Surrounded by family, friends, musicians and the fishing community, his ashes will be scattered on teh waters where he found peace, inspiration and happiness.
It will be a day of remembrance, music and gratitude - a celebration of a life lived with humility, generosity and a passion that never faded
