ROCK & ROLLÂ
MUSEUM DUBLIN
A LEGACY. A JOURNEY. A FULL CIRCLE
In 2026, Russell Taylor was posthumously recognised by the Rock & Roll Museum Dublin in recognition of a lifetime dedicated to Irish rock music.
Russell's story has now come full circle, becoming part of the very building where he once recorded music as a young guitarist with Northern Lights during the 1980s.
What began in these studios decades ago has come home.
His guitars, photographs, recordings and story stand as part of Ireland's rock heritage, preserving the legacy of a musician whose passion for music never faded.
Today, his legacy stands alongside the artists who helped shape Ireland's rock history.

I was never in it for fame.
I was in it for the music.
the sound,
the feeling,
the connection. That's what rock has always been to me.
Rock On.
